Canvas of Hope – A Creative Grief Support Circle
Grief looks different for everyone, and healing doesn't have to happen through words alone. Canvas of Hope is a 90-minute art-based support gathering that offers a gentle, welcoming space for those navigating the loss of a loved one or other life-changing experiences.
Each session features an art project, calming music, and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere where participants can create at their own pace. There is no pressure to share—conversation is always optional, and everyone is welcome to simply enjoy the creative process.
Whether you're newly grieving or carrying a loss from years ago, Canvas of Hope provides an opportunity to slow down, reflect, connect with others, and discover moments of peace through art.
